Fabtec India 2009 will be held from 21st to 25th January 2009 at
CODISSIA TRADE FAIR COMPLEX, Coimbatore, India.

- Trade Fair Halls have heavy duty industrial flooring
- Material Entry openings are 5.4 mtrs. High and 4.6 mtrs. Wide.
- Head room in halls is 10.65 mtrs.
- The stalls are spaciously designed in a total area of 10.250 Sq.mtrs.

STALL RENTALS, ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CHARGES
1. Basic Stall Rentals

Stall charges will be extra for multisided opening as follows.
- For 4 side open : 25 % Extra
- For 3 side open : 15 % Extra
- For 2 side open : 10 % Extra
2. Additional Service Charges
- Electrical Power
Single Phase : 220V AC, 50HZ
Three Phase : 415V, 50HZ
Power required by the Exhibitor will be available at extra cost as follows:

The above charges include wiring upto the main switch board
provided in the stall and are valid for the requirements received
upto 31st December 2008.
Additional lighting & Power for the same would be charged extra.
Requirements for any new or additional loads received from
1st January 2009 charges will be extra on the above by 50%.
B. Cost of Power
On connected load / requested load whichever is higher Rs. 1200 per Kw + Service Tax Extra as applicable Subject to a minimum of Rs. 1200
- Compressed Air – 100 psi
Compressed Air connection will be provided at an extra cost of
Rs. 10,000 per connection + Service Tax Extra as applicable
- Water
Charges per connection
Rs. 10,000 per connection + Service Tax Extra as applicable
- Security
The organisers will provide round the clock service for the
general surveillance of the Trade Fair Complex. If required,
exclusive security guards can be provided at extra charges
during installation and removal of exhibits.
- Exhibits Handling
The services of Cranes and Forklifts through authorised
contractors will be available at extra cost. This cost has to be
settled directly with the contractor.
3. Service Tax / TDS Deductions
- Any additional taxes and increase in service tax etc. will be charged extra as applicable on the date of exhibition.
- For rentals upto Rs. 1,20,000/-, as per section 194 – of IT Act, TDS is not applicable. For payment of stall charges above Rs. 1,20,000/-, TDS deductions need not be made since TDS exemption certificate will be provided on request.
4. Application for participation
The exhibitor must make application on enclosed Stall Reservation
Form A, which involves acceptance of Trade Fair Rules & regulations.
Last Date for receipt of Application is 10th December 2008.
5. Payments
- All Payment towards any charges should be made by A/c Payee Demand Draft payable at Coimbatore in favour of FABTEC INDIA 2008.
- Full Payment on Stall rentals and 100% for all additional service chargers should be made along with application form.
- No application will be entertained without payment.
