1.Stall Allotment
The Allotment of stalls will be made strictly on First come – first served basis and will be decided by the Organisers.
2. Cancellation:
Cancellation of participation is not permitted after allotment of the stall and no refund will be made.
3. Transport Documents:
Participants shall take care to see that the transport documents of
exhibits are full and complete to satisfy the statutory requirements of
sales tax, central excise and customs to avoid any difficulties en route.
The exhibits should be consigned in the name of the participants
themselves or their local agents and not in the name of the
Organisers.
4. Entry of Exhibits:
Exhibitor registration and Entry of Exhibits will be permitted
only after making 100% payment for all charges from
16th January 09.
Exhibit Entry gate will be closed by 06.00 pm on 19th January 2009
and thereafter no exhibits will be allowed inside
Exhibits arrived after 06.00 pm on 19th January 2009 will be
allowed inside only after 07.00 pm on 21st January 2009 and the
decision of the organisers with regard to entry shall be final.
5. Exhibits In – Exhibits Out:
Authorised representatives of the Exhibitor should be present at the
time of entry of exhibits at the venue.
Installation Exhibits
The exhibitors can begin installation of exhibits from 16th January
2009
Removal of Exhibits
After 10 am on 26th January 2009 and should be completed before
29th January 2009. Delayed removal will attract space rent.
6. Seminar halls – Air conditioned:
Halls are available at extra charges. Opportunity to market your
Product and Technology. Promoters can have their video, audio
presentation and technical talk. Halls are booked on First come First

7.Fair directory:
The organisers will release a Fair directory with the following
informations
Name and Addresses of all exhibitors
List of products exhibited
Layout Plan showing positions of stalls.
For advertisement in the Fair Directory, contact FABTEC INDIA 2009
office.
8. Insurance
All the participants are advised to arrange for comprehensive
insurance cover for their exhibits at their own cost. Assistance for the
above will be extended on request.
9. Sales
Sale of any product in the fair premised is subject to the rules & regulations of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Government of India as the case may be.
10. Exhibitor Entry Passes
Each exhibitor shall receive two free exhibitor entry passes for stalls
upto 16 sq.mtrs. One additional free pass shall be issued for each
additional 10 sq.mtrs. Additional passes can be obtained at extra cost.
Invitee Business Visitor Passes would be provided for mailing to
their business prospects.
Vehicle Identification Stickers will be issued for parking the vehicles
in the parking area.
There are strict parking restrictions around the venue.
11. Advertising in Fair Venue:
Printed matter and advertising material may be displayed /
distributed only in the stall and not in the hall gangways or outside
the exhibition hall.
Moving, acoustic advertising, music, dance and any such
performances are prohibited. The organisers shall be entitled to
intervene and discontinue or remove the equipment/restrict the
show in case of disturbance.
12.Force Majeure:
Under the conditions of Force Majeure, which also include strike
bandh, natural calamities and other events and decisions beyond the
control of the organisers; the organisers are entitled to alter the dates,
duration or cancellation of the entire fair. In the event of cancellation of
the fair the participation charges will be refunded after deduction of
the costs already incurred by the organisers.
13. Limit of Liability
The organisers are not liable in any form for any loss or damage to
Exhibitors property at the exhibition site or injury to their personnel
and visitors.
14.Genereal:
The participant shall use the space only for exhibition purpose &
not for cooking, staying or washing.
The decision of the Chairman, FABTEC INDIA 2009 will be final
and binding in regard to change in layout and enforcement of
these rules & regulations as laid down by the organisers.
15.Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Coimbatore Jurisdiction
